by ordering a commission , you are agreeing to the set terms of rules and guidelines below.

l. General rules

+ i have the right to decline any commision.
+ asking for wips are acceptable, but no spamming. (ex: asking everyday)
+ i stream, if you don't want it streamed specify in your order.
+ please provide a clean reference.
+ first come, first serve basis.
+ if item is a canvas, paper sketch, etc. shipping outside the us is extra.

i, the arist am not reponsible if the client failed to read the terms of service that i provided

ll. Payments

+ once paid , sketching starts.
+ After an sketch is approved i will continue with the process.
note: I will be sending multiple wips.
+ once commisions are confirmed, i can send wips to either discord, twitter, or email,
+ all commsions must be payed in full,upfront , thru paypal.
+ commercial use will require an extra fee on top of commission fees.

lll. refunds/cancellations

i have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.before i send you a sketch, i will send a full refund.
anything after the sketch will result in 80% refund.
anything after the finished result will result in no refund.if you file a charge back against me, your right to everything i have ever made for you will be retracted and i have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.you will be forbidden to ever commission me ever again.your name will be publicly posted everywhere i want to for others
to watch out for.i also have every right to file a complaint and i have all the right to the money you have given me.any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
